Shooter Andrija Zlatic won 32nd place in 50m Free Pistol and swimmer Milorad Cavic failed to reach men's 100m Freestyle semifinals, volleyball, water polo and basketball teams claimed their first victories, table tennis player Aleksandar Karakasevic was eliminated in the third round of the men's single, men's lightweight four won second place in repechages to advance to semifinals, football team ended their Olympic dream with third successive defeat.

Men's 100m Freestyle - Heat 8 5. Milorad Cavic (SCG) 49.74*

*Cavic won 18th place among 69 competitors, failed to reach semifinals
