Encouraging tourist traffic between Serbia, Greece

During the meeting, which was held as part of the 45th International Tourism Fair, Memic pointed out that last year Serbia achieved record results in tourist traffic and foreign currency inflow, thanks to the high growth rate of foreign guest arrivals of 20% compared to 2022.
The officials assessed that in order to encourage tourist traffic between the two countries, it is necessary to raise the issues of solving congestion at border crossings and enabling integrated electronic toll collection through Serbia and Greece.
Greece is a partner country at the 45th International Tourism Fair, which will be held at the Belgrade Fair from February 22 to 25 this year.
