The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced last night that on 4 December, two more families of Serbian citizens were evacuated from the Gaza Strip to Egypt.

The announcement states that they were evacuated with the direct support of this ministry and the Serbian embassies in Tel Aviv and Cairo, in coordination with the competent authorities of the State of Israel and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
In accordance with the valid procedures, and within the given period of 72 hours, the evacuated Serbian citizens and their family members left the territory of Egypt and arrived in Belgrade today on a regular flight from Cairo, via Istanbul.
Evacuated Serbian citizens expressed their gratitude to the Ministry for the support and assistance provided in order to safely leave the Gaza Strip and arrive in Serbia.
