Minister of the Interior Bratislav Gasic signed today with Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Serbia Anke Konrad the Protocol on the handover of the donation for the Border Police Directorate of the Interior Ministry.

With this protocol, the Directorate of the Border Police of the Ministry of the Interior received 14 branded vehicles of the Dacia Duster brand, as well as 30 hand-held thermal imaging cameras.
The donation will further improve the working conditions and contribute to faster and more efficient execution of the tasks of the police officers of the regional centers of the Serbian Border Police Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior.
Also, the donation will contribute to the protection of the state border and the suppression of illegal migration, as one of the strategic priorities of the Republic of Serbia and the European Union, in which the Ministry of the Interior has already proven to be a reliable partner.
