Ten-man Red Star, who lifted their 23rd league title on Saturday with one match to spare, won thanks to a first minute goal from striker Nikola Zigic, who was sent off in the 41st for a second bookable offence.
Zigic headed home at the near post after a good cross from the left by Dragan Sarac less than 30 seconds into the match but Red Star were on the back foot in the second half following his dismissal.
The tall striker was first cautioned for appealing for a penalty after an innocuous challenge in the 39th minute and got his marching orders two minutes later for elbowing an opponent.
The closest Buducnost came to an equaliser was a stinging shot from Vladimir Tintor from 20 metres which Red Star goalkeeper Vladimir Disljenkovic kept out with his fingertips.
