In the last 24 hours, ten people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 16,296, and the mortality rate is 0.76 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 10,261,876 people have been tested, of whom 2,135,952 were positive for the coronavirus, according to the announcement.
