There are 666 patients in hospital, 33 of them on ventilation.
In the last 24 hours, nine people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 15,834, and the mortality rate is 0.80 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 9,235,046 people have been tested, of whom 1,982,193 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
