The Ministry of Health announced today that 1,661 people who were positive for coronavirus were registered in the last 24 hours, out of 13,554 tested.

There are 690 patients in hospital, 40 of them on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, 10 people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 15,809, and the mortality rate is 0.80 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 9,203,251 people have been tested, of whom 1,978,228 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
