There are 1,104 patients on hospital treatment, of whom 63 are on ventilation.
In the last 24 hours, 17 people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 15,604, and the mortality rate is 0.80 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 8,938,391 people have been tested, of whom 1,942,727 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
