There are 1,467 patients in hospital treatment, of whom 74 on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, 21 people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 15,533, and the mortality rate is 0.80 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 8,891,431 people have been tested, of whom 1,934,953 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
