There are 1,674 patients in hospital treatment, of whom 77 are on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, 25 people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 15,488, and the mortality rate is 0.80 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 8,862,846 people have been tested, of whom 1,930,437 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
