There are 4,278 patients in hospital, 165 of whom are on ventilation.
In the last 24 hours, 58 people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 14,611, and the mortality rate is 0.78 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 8,563,674 people have been tested, of whom 1,861,413 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
