There are 4,377 patients in hospital, of whom 164 are on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, 63 people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 14,054, and the mortality rate is 0.79 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 8,351,232 people have been tested, of whom 1,779,782 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
