There are 3,114 patients in hospital, 131 of whom are on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, 34 people died as a result of the virus, so that the total number of deaths is 13,340, and the mortality rate is 0.84 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 7,936,544 people have been tested, of whom 1,579,847 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
