The statement states that 2,047 patients are in hospital, of whom 91 are on ventilation.
In the last 24 hours, 24 people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 12,645, and the mortality rate is 0.98 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 7,189,047 people have been tested, of whom 1,293,394 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
