The statement states that 2,930 patients are in hospital, and that 146 people are on ventilatory support.
In the last 24 hours, 32 people have died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 12,241, and the mortality rate is 0.96 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 7,003,767 people have been tested, of whom 1,276,761 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
