There are 3,567 patients in hospital, of which 164 are on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, 39 people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 11,876. The mortality rate is 0.94 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6,872,899 people have been tested, of whom 1,262,419 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
