There are 6,781 patients on hospital treatment, with 282 people on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, 60 people died as a result of the virus, which increased the total number of deaths to 10,978, and the mortality rate is 0.87 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6,357,224 people have been tested, of whom 1,155,756 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
