There are 6,733 patients on hospital treatment, with 278 people on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, 57 people died as a result of the virus, which increased the total number of deaths to 9,388, and the mortality rate is 0.86 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6,120,952 people have been tested, of whom 1,085,728 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
