Popovic, who is also president of the Intergovernmental Committee for Cooperation with Russia, specified that the shipment contains 100,000 doses of component 1 and 150,000 doses of component 2.
The vaccines were transported to Serbia from the Generium factory in the Vladimir region, the Minister stated, adding that this Russian vaccine has a confirmed efficiency of more than 97 percent.
According to him, Sputnik V is also excellent as a booster vaccine, i.e. as the third dose of the vaccine for citizens who have previously received two doses of any COVID-19 vaccine.
