Prekovic beat China’s Yin Xiaoyan in the final, and she was given the gold medal by the decision of the judges since the match ended with the score 0-0.
Prekovic won the gold through dominance as she did not lose a single match at the Olympics and she confirmed that she is the best in this discipline, since she had previously won European and world championships.
