There are 284 patients on hospital treatment, eight of whom are on respirators.
In the last 24 hours, four people died as a result of the virus, so the total number of deaths is 7,055, and the mortality rate is 0.98 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,437,454 people have been tested, of whom 716,796 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
