There are 279 patients on hospital treatment, nine of whom are on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, three people died as a result of the virus, so that the total number of deaths is 7,058, and the mortality rate is 0.98 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,442,861 people have been tested, of whom 716,873 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
