There are 334 patients in hospital, 18 of whom are on ventilators.
In the last 24 hours, six people died as a result of the virus, which increased the total number of deaths to 7,010, and the mortality rate is 0.98 percent.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,353,024 people have been tested, of which 715,913 were positive for coronavirus, the statement said.
