Working group to change Constitution to be formed as soon as possible

The officials discussed the formation of a working group to change the Constitution by the Committee on Constitutional Issues and Legislation of the National Assembly as soon as possible. The working group and the committee will be in charge of preparing the text of constitutional amendments.
Members of the State Prosecutors' Council and the Association of Judges and Prosecutors will also be invited to the working group, so that the process is fully transparent and includes all relevant actors.
The Committee on Constitutional Issues and Legislation previously adopted the proposal of the government of Serbia to change the Constitution, it is said in the announcement.
