Minister of Health Zlatibor Loncar handed over 3,510 doses of coronavirus vaccine to the Minister of Health of North Macedonia Venko Filipce today, at the Tabanovce border crossing.
On that occasion, Loncar pointed out that the agreement between the President of the Republic Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister of North Macedonia Zoran Zaev is being implemented in this way, reminding that 4,680 doses of Pfizer vaccines were delivered to that country at the same place, on 14 February.
He expressed satisfaction that our country had the opportunity to help its neighbours, and at the same time told the citizens of North Macedonia.
Filipce expressed gratitude to Serbia for the donation, saying that it is an act of solidarity.
In North Macedonia, the process of immunisation of health workers has begun, which is going great so far, since 250 to 300 health workers are being vaccinated daily, he pointed out.
