State Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Mirsad Djerlek, Marija Ignjatovic from the Institute for Application of Nuclear Energy and Director of the Institute for Biocides and Medical Ecology Dragana Despot also received the vaccines.
On that occasion, Dacic emphasised that it is important that state officials receive vaccines from various world manufacturers, which aims to create the trust of citizens in vaccination.
We welcome the vaccination process as the first step towards the final overcoming of the COVID-19 pandemic, he pointed out.
Vulin pointed out that Serbia is one of the few countries where you can get vaccines from all world manufacturers for free.
The first contingent of 2,400 doses of the "Sputnik V" vaccine arrived in Serbia seven days ago.
