Gojkovic specified that 1,561 people were infected in Belgrade in the last 24 hours, 461 in Novi Sad, 267 in Kragujevac, 225 in Nis, 219 in Kraljevo and 151 in Pancevo.
We managed to flatten the curve, although the numbers are still high. The problem may be the upcoming celebrations and the expected return of a number of our citizens from abroad. That is why we talked today about how to enable the procedures guaranteed by the Constitution, that is, the freedom for everyone to enter their country, but it is certain that there will be certain conditions, Gojkovic explained.
Coordinator of the VMC Karaburma Lieutenant Colonel Ivo Udovicic appealed to the citizens to understand the seriousness of the coronavirus and the current situation, emphasizing that during this wave, it was difficult to admit patients, due to the large number of patients.
There is a large number of new patients and we were forced to dismiss patients earlier, said Udovicic and added that now there are ten times more severe cases than this summer, and that it is very difficult for everyone.
