Minister Branko Ruzic test positive for coronavirus

Belgrade, 12 July 2020

Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Branko Ruzic confirmed today that he is positive for COVID-19.

"I got tested when I felt the first symptoms and after consulting a doctor we saw that my lungs are clean. I have milder symptoms for now, I isolated myself and informed everyone with whom I had been in direct contact lately. I feel good for now and I'll work from home.

I urge citizens not to put their guard down even for a second and to protect themselves as much as they can so that this scourge could pass as soon as possible", Ruzic wrote in this statement for the public.
