Silva expressed his sincere gratitude to Dacic and the government for their assistance in organising flights by which Portuguese citizens were safely returned to their homes in the wake of the world-wide crisis.
The letter also reaffirms the personal commitment of Foreign Minister Silva and the government of Portugal to strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation, including the fight against the global threat, the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the willingness to reciprocate with the same type of assistance, if needed.
