First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic stated today that the Serbian government will no longer organise humanitarian flights for the return of Serbian nationals from abroad, unless there is an exception.
Dacic told the Tanjug news agency that Air Serbia will now resume regular operation, noting that the Belgrade Nikola Tesla airport has never been shut at all. Now it remains to be seen with whom the national air carrier will be able to cooperate and which airports are open in Europe.
He said that it is too early to speak about documents citizens will need to travel on holiday and abroad.
We will be relaxing the restrictions as the epidemic wanes, Dacic said and added that the opening of the borders will be harmonised with the neighbouring countries.
