The Ministry of Defence stated that as part of the Military Medical Centre Karaburma, the reconstruction of an existing facility and construction of a new one has started today, which will serve as a new hospital for COVID-19 patients.

The Ministry of Defence stated that as part of the Military Medical Centre Karaburma, the reconstruction of an existing facility and construction of a new one has started today, which will serve as a new hospital for COVID-19 patients.
A complete reconstruction of this facility and construction of a new one is a donation of company Termomont and partners.
Bearing in mind the urgency of the situation, works will be carried out in three shifts, 24 hours a day, in order to complete the construction until 21 April.
The facility to be reconstructed spans 1,000 square metres and an additional 300 square metres will be erected. An access road will also be built in the length of approximately 200 metres.
Manager of the Military Medical Centre Karaburma Milan Mladenovic said that the plan is that the facility has the capacity for accommodation of 70 mild and moderate COVID-19 patients.
