The Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs announced that experts from the People's Republic of China visited the Gerontology Centre Bezanijska kosa, to look at all measures taken by the government when it comes to protecting senior citizens from the coronavirus and proposing possible additional measures.

Chinese experts satisfied with measures in social care institutions

During the visit to this institution, the whole team expressed great satisfaction with all the measures taken by the government of Serbia, which are responsibly implemented by the line ministry and all the institutions concerned.
As one of the best implemented measures, they cited a ban on going out and entering institutions where our oldest citizens reside, which includes visits from their friends and relatives.
They also expressed satisfaction with the conditions in which the users reside, the kindness and expertise of the employees, and above all their responsibility to preserve the lives of our eldest.
