Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic today asked the EU Delegation to Serbia to allocate additional logistical support funds for 10 cargo aircraft flights that will transport medical devices and equipment to Serbia from the €7.5 million worth UNDP’s disaster risk reduction support.

Joksimovic once again expressed her gratitude for the EU support at this moment aimed at the procurement of the necessary equipment – ventilators, monitors, masks and more, and the provision of cargo flights bringing such equipment to Serbia.
On 20 March, Minister Joksimovic, Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Sem Fabrizi and UNDP representative in Serbia Francine Pickup signed an agreement providing the necessary EU support of €7.5 million for the implementation of a programme providing emergency support to Serbia in the fight against further spread of infectious disease COVID-19.
