First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic announced tonight that one of our planes will fly to Berlin and then to Abu Dhabi and Malta in the next few days to return Serbian citizens.
Speaking for Radio Television of Serbia (RTS), Dacic emphasised that health workers will arrive by plane from Berlin, and said that our country will make maximum efforts to return all its citizens, but that they must be organised.
According to him, what was most urgently resolved and after this day there are no more blockages on the Austrian-Hungarian border, as well as in Slovenia, since "humanitarian corridors" were set up.
The First Deputy Prime Minister said that it was agreed to operate one flight a day because all passengers had to take tests when they arrived, and noted that the state organises these flights for citizens of our country free of charge.
Among other things, a flight to Abu Dhabi was also agreed on, because a large number of tourists from distant destinations are coming there, Dacic explained and advised our citizens to get to Abu Dhabi, Doha, Istanbul or Paris if possible from Thailand and Indonesia, because it is the only way our country can arrange transportation.
He also advised anyone who is blocked anywhere to contact our country's diplomatic mission or consular post.
