Miscevic told a press conference that the next step is getting the working groups approved by the European Integrations Council and the Serbian government, and then on to establishing negotiating positions.
Six working groups have been established - for goods; agriculture; services; free flow of capital and financial cooperation; harmonisation of laws; and for preamble and political cooperation.
The working groups will be charged with preparing a negotiating platform, establishing a list of sensitive goods, analysing the influence of liberalisation to certain sectors, and setting the pace and volume of harmonisation of Serbian legislation with EU regulations.
Also, they will define cooperation in certain policies, and in association with the Montenegrin government, they will precisely establish the negotiating position on the preamble and political part of the EU stabilisation and association agreement.
