Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and his Czech counterpart Bohuslav Sobotka, discussed on Tuesday the bilateral relations, economic ties and cooperation in the sectors of energy, transport and infrastructure.
Vucic stressed the importance of economic cooperation between the two countries and suggested the setting up of a Czech-Serbian economic forum, as well as joint investment projects.
The ministers, members of both delegations, presented to the prime ministers the reports from the meetings of the Mixed committee related to the energy agreements reached, the exchange of technology in the energy sector, the cooperation on projects of railway transport development and other projects proposed during the Serbian Prime Minister's visit to the Czech Republic in October.
Sobotka thanked his Serbian counterpart for the cooperation and great progress achieved in the realization of specific projects arranged in Prague, and stressed the need for more frequent meetings between the two countries' delegations in order to speed up the development of projects that are priority for both countries.
