Vucic welcomes Chinese Premier

Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic welcomed Premier of the Republic of China Li Keqiang at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, on the eve of the Summit of the People's Republic of China and 16 Central and Eastern European Countries.
I want you to feel at home, Vucic said in the VIP lounge at Nikola Tesla Airport.
The Serbian Prime Minister expressed confidence that the upcoming summit will not only be evidence of Serbian-Chinese friendship, but it will open up new avenues of cooperation and show that politics, economy and friendship can go together and that we can contribute to the progress of our countries and peoples.
Keqiang expressed satisfaction that he is in Serbia and thanked for the warm welcome.
I am pleased that I will attend the summit, the Premier of China said, adding that the upcoming Summit of China and 16 countries of Central and Eastern Europe will strengthen relations between China and Serbia and enrich the Sino-European relations.

Keqiang expressed great satisfaction that he is meeting with Vucic just four months after the Serbian Prime Minister was in China and thanked the government of Serbia for the hospitality and careful organisation.
Keqiang’s visit is the first visit by a Chinese premier to the capital of Serbia after 28 years.
The Third Summit of China and 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe will be held on 16-17 December, under the motto "New engine, new power, new platform", and will bring together 1,350 participants.
The visit of the Premier of China and the work of the Summit will be followed by 1,100 journalists from 110 domestic and foreign media outlets.
