Addressing participants at a traditional criminal law conference in Zlatibor, Vujić specifically highlighted amendments to criminal legislation, emphasising the importance of respecting domestic legal traditions.
The Minister noted that a consultation process with the European Commission is currently under way regarding the alignment of numerous proposed amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code and the Criminal Code, as well as the new Law on Juveniles, with European regulations.
