On this occasion, Vujić pointed to the recently adopted set of judicial laws, which fully implement the recommendations of the Venice Commission.
He announced the activities of the Ministry of Justice, especially taking into account the opinion of the Venice Commission regarding the future work of the established working groups for the analysis of the normative framework, which relates to the seats and territories of courts and public prosecutors' offices and the organisation of state bodies for the fight against high-tech crime.
The Minister informed the Commissioner about the positive opinion of the Venice Commission regarding the Law on the Judicial Academy and further steps regarding the adoption of this law, as well as about the ongoing activities in the field of implementation of ODIHR and GRECO recommendations into the normative framework of the Republic of Serbia.
