The Agreement was signed in the presence of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić and President of the Swiss Confederation Guy Parmelin, who is on a two-day official visit to Serbia.
Prior to the signing of this document, a meeting of the members of the delegations of Serbia and Switzerland, led by the presidents of the two countries, was held at the Palace of Serbia.
Vučić and Parmelin previously had a one-on-one meeting, and the Swiss president was ceremonially welcomed in front of the Palace of Serbia, with the playing of the anthems of the two countries and a guard of honour by the Serbian Armed Forces Guard.
