Glamočić, who hosted Songulashvili at the Wine Vision by Open Balkan pavilion, on the sidelines of the Vinitaly international fair in Verona, underlined that there is space for further improvement.
The two countries’ agricultural sectors are complementary and linked by many similarities, and one of them is wine culture, he said, recalling that Georgia is a country with a long tradition in the wine industry and specific methods of winemaking.
Songulashvili noted that the exchange of experiences in the wine industry and the mutual promotion of local wines are of great importance for both countries.
