Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Snežana Paunović and Ambassador of Norway to Serbia Kristin Melsom today signed a Memorandum of Cooperation establishing a framework for the implementation of a specialised development training programme in the field of defence – the MOD Academy.

The signed document will enable the implementation of the aforementioned programme, which is implemented by the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Norway and is intended to strengthen the professional capacities of civil servants in management positions.
The goal of the programme is for civil servants to develop a deeper understanding of the system in which they work, to act in accordance with regulations, to effectively support decision-making processes, to responsibly manage public resources and to act professionally and ethically.
