Continuation of intensive economic cooperation with Russia

At the meeting, held in Moscow, issues related to the improvement of bilateral relations between Serbia and Russia, including economic relations and trade, were discussed.
Popović emphasised that throughout 2026, Serbia will receive Russian gas at the best price in Europe and under the most favourable conditions.
We have decided to hold the Intergovernmental Committee session in the spring of 2026, he said, adding that despite the postponement of the session last year for technical reasons, the committee continues to work at the same pace and with the same intensity.
