President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic welcomed today in front of the Palace of Serbia Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni, who is on a one-day visit to Serbia.

The Prime Minister of Italy was welcomed with the highest state honours, red carpet, the playing of the national anthems of the two countries and the honour guard of the Republic of Serbia.
In addition to Vucic, Meloni was welcomed by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic, as well as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali.
Vucic and Meloni will have a tete-a-tete meeting, after which statements for the press are planned.
