After the opening of the ALL4WOOD BALKANS International Wood Industry Fair, as well as the WINDOW SHOW BALKANS International Carpentry Fair, which was also attended by Turkish Ambassador to Serbia Hami Aksoy, he expressed his belief that the furniture industry in Serbia can increase its capacities and improve product quality and design to be competitive on the domestic and foreign markets.
The Minister pointed out that the wood industry of Serbia, together with agriculture, metal and IT industry, is the mainstay of the country's development, pointing out that 55,000 workers work in our wood industry, together with forestry and the paper industry.
ALL4WOOD BALKANS is an international fair for the wood industry, chipboard, parquet, related furniture industry, tools and machines for wood processing and accessories, which is held from 8 to 11 March at the Belgrade Fair.
In the same period, the International Fair of Windows, Doors, Glass and Equipment – WINDOW SHOW BALKANS is also being held.
