Minister of Youth and Sport Vanja Udovicic talked today with Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Oleg Matytsin about the organisation of the upcoming World Boxing Championship, which will be hosted by Serbia, and about signing a memorandum of cooperation in the field of sports between the two countries.

Udovicic and Matytsin agreed on numerous modalities of institutional cooperation, which will further strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries in the future.
The officials exchanged experiences in the organization of major competitions and discussed the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on sports in Serbia and Russia.
During the meeting, the ministers expressed mutual readiness to intensify further cooperation and thus contribute to the deepening of excellent bilateral relations between Serbia and Russia.
