Account for assisting the casualties of train accident in Montenegro

At a special session held on January 24, 2006 because of the train accident near Bioce in Montenegro, the Serbian government announced a three-day mourning period and opened an account through which Serbian citizens can offer assistance to bereaved families in Montenegro.
