Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic informed today the ambassadors and representatives of the Quint countries in Belgrade – the USA, Great Britain, France, Italy and Germany, as well as the Head of the European Union Delegation to Serbia, about the political and security situation in Kosovo and Metohija, with special reference to the last round of dialogue in Brussels.

Petkovic informed his interlocutors in detail about the meeting held in Brussels on 25 March at the level of the main negotiators, at which Pristina did not show even the slightest willingness to find a compromise solution regarding the unilateral and violent decision to abolish the dinar and dinar payment transactions in Kosovo and Metohija.
He specifically informed his interlocutors about numerous obstacles and impossible conditions, which can be seen especially in the example of new procedures, when it comes to the upcoming referendum for recalling fake mayors in four Serbian municipalities in the north of Kosovo and Metohija.
