Minister for European Integration Tanja Miscevic and Director of the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elvira Habota signed today in Sarajevo a financial agreement for the new IPA 3 Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period from 2021 to 2027.

The agreement was signed on the occasion of the Final Conference for the previous IPA 2 Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, for the period from 2014 to 2020.
With the signing of this agreement, a new €14 million from the European Union became available for projects within the framework of cross-border cooperation between the two countries.
The support will be directed towards young people and their employment, improvement of tourist capacities and joint tourist offer.
In this way, the successful cooperation and building of partnerships between the users of the program in the two countries continues, which, as it was pointed out at the conference, has resulted in 75 projects from EU IPA funds, with more than 250 partners from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
